To receive your BENi garment that you’ve purchased, we use the following shipping schedule:

 

Within New Zealand

Courier postage, orders arriving within 1 - 7 working days.

$10  OR Free Shipping for orders over NZ$100.

 

Internationally

DHL Express, orders arriving within 7 - 20 working days.

All costs are calculated at checkout, depending on your location.

 

All shipping includes a tracking number and a signature is required upon delivery.

Please make sure you fill in the correct address when ordering, as we cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order.

If - for some reason - your order is lost in transit, BENi will either refund or replace it. However, if the order is shown to have arrived at the final destination address as provided at checkout, BENi cannot accept any liability.

DUTIES & TAXES

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and are to be paid for by the recipient of the order. BENi has no control over these charges. Customs policies vary from country to country so you may want to contact your local customs office for further information before ordering.
