RETURNS


We’re deeply passionate about the garments that we’re creating - and we want you to LOVE them as much as we do. We’d also appreciate it if you could please take the time to read our terms & conditions before purchasing from BENi online.

But - if something hasn’t worked out - we do want to know and have the chance to put it right. We’ve set out the process below:

If you have purchased an item from BENi and you wish to return or exchange it, please make contact within two working days of receiving your item, to benifashionbrand@gmail.com

Please outline to us why you are returning your item and whether you wish to exchange it or receive a refund.

The item(s) must be packaged in a secure & waterproof courier bag, with all tags on and must still be in its original condition.

Note that only unworn, undamaged, non-altered items will be exchanged.

Returns are to be conducted at the cost to the customer (including shipping charges), unless the garment is incorrect or faulty - in which case BENi will cover the cost of shipping the return. We recommend using Track & Trace for all shipping transactions.

Any refund will be processed to the account used to make the purchase.

Please note that the item(s) must be returned to BENi no more than ten working days after making contact; otherwise no return / refund / exchange will be honoured.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on any sale goods.
